The batcher is intended for soft containers filling

Intended purpose:

“gross” and “nett” modes of operation are possible.
Capturing of the bushing and preliminary container’s inflation is provided.
Withdrawal of dust out of the containers is provided.
The given dose is being formed with the help of the hopper scales programmatic weighing.
During the filling of the bag, it stands on the floor or transportation containers (conveyors, roll-tables,trays).

After dosing is finished the container automatically releases from the bushing capturing.

Different variants of filled sacks moving off are possible(conveyor, roll-table, telpher, fork lift truck).

The information may income on a remote computer. The quantity of the dosed sacks and the weight of the dosed product is being accounted.
