Norma-TK

Continuous weighing and accounting of the product moving along the conveyor.

Intermittent and continuous accounting of the product in tons.

Product dosing.

Measurement of the weight flow rate.

Indication of the current performance value.

Generation of a direct current signal proportional to the performance.

Signal output when the conveyor stops.

The scale design provides for:

  • indication of the total weight of the product that has passed through the scale since the start of operation;
  • indication of the total weight of the product that has passed through the scale since a specified point in time;
  • storage of quantitative dosing characteristics in memory in the event of a power failure;
  • data transfer to a remote computer via the RS48 interface, ModBus RTU protocol.

The scales are manufactured to fit the dimensions of the customer’s conveyor and are installed in place of two roller supports.

The design of the scales allows for quick verification of readings using control loads.

The company performs commissioning, warranty, and post-warranty service.
